I offer therapeutic massage using Tui Balm waxes. Therapeutic massage is good for relaxation, de-stressing, lymphatic drainage and for working on those extra knotty bits.
I am also a third-year counselling student at NMIT. I get a lot of gratification from my counselling placements in the community.

Mind and Body Therapy offers a holistic approach to wellbeing. Jo understands the inter-connectedness of Mental and Physical wellbeing, which is why she offers both massage therapy and counselling.
For some clients, the opportunity to offload and destress through counselling has a greater impact if they can have a massage to clear the physical stress away as well.
Counselling and Massage are never combined in the same session. Long term Counselling clients will be able to access massage when their counselling has ended, and a certain time period has elapsed. Jo is happy to discuss this further as required.
