I am passionate about working with people from all walks of life who are experiencing distress which is impinging on their everyday life. This could be stress or anxiety-related, depression, relationship distress, grief, or because you just need a confidential ear to offload on.
My counselling approach is pluralistic and mainly encompasses Person-Centred Therapy with Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques.
I believe the best therapy is the combination that suits the client the best depending on where they are at and the style that will resonate with them the best to help them move forward into their more positive future.
